Refund policy

Overseas shipments do not handle returns and exchanges, but only domestic exchanges can be made

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be returned

Exchange can be handled in the following cases, and the company will deal with it on the principle of replacement. The goods were damaged during transportation.

The product received does not match the content of the order. Take a photo and send it back to customer service sales@youyongshop.com

Damage caused by poor product quality or other non-consumer error.

Please contact customer service within the seven-day appreciation period, and wait for the customer service to process/exchange for you. After the expiration date, you will not be able to enjoy the seven-day appreciation period and will not be able to process/exchange.

Once we receive your exchange photos, after inspection, we will send you an email and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the exchange.

What can't be exchanged?
More than seven days appreciation period. (appreciation period is not a trial period).

Or the product itself must not be dirty or damaged. If the product is dirty or man-made damage, it cannot be exchanged.

海外出貨不辦理退換貨而國內僅能換貨

訂單成立後無法退貨

以下情況可辦理換貨,本公司將以更換原則處理。 運輸過程造成貨品毀損。

收到商品與訂單商品內容不符。拍照回傳客服sales@youyongshop.com

產品品質不良或其他非消費者失誤所造成之損毀。

請於七天鑑賞期內聯絡客服, 待客服為您辦理/換貨,逾期將無法享有七天鑑賞期之權益且不得辦理/換貨。

一旦收到您的換貨照片,在經過檢查後,我們會向您發送一封電子郵件,我們也會通知您的換貨的批准或拒絕。

什麼情況無法辦理換貨?

超過七天鑑賞期。(鑑賞期非試用期)。

或是產品本身不得髒汙或損壞,如有造成產品髒汙、人為損壞等情形發生,恕不可辦理換貨。
